Let me be the first to admit, makeup/beauty trends are hard to keep up with most times. One trend that has been around for decades, has never let anyone down and I’ve found myself loving a lot is the winged eyeliner trend also known as the “cat eye” liner makeup technique.

Most people find it difficult using the liquid eyeliner so they go for the pencil instead. What they don’t realize is if you are good with a pencil, using the liquid eye liner won’t be so difficult after all. All you need to do is to lightly line your eyes first with a pencil liner, and then trace over it with liquid. If you want, you could also try out different shades of eye shadow to give you that enchanted look.
